You can opt out of Fulcrum Scale LLC SMS/text messages, marketing communications, newsletters, and content updates at any time. We will process opt-out requests as required by applicable law and messaging program rules.
SMS/Text Message Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS/text messages from Fulcrum Scale LLC, reply STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you should no longer receive SMS/text messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Email, Newsletter, and Marketing Opt-Out
To opt out of marketing emails, newsletters, or content updates, use any unsubscribe link included in the email, or email us at admin@fulcrumscale.com with the subject line Opt-Out Request.
Request by Email
If you prefer to submit a general opt-out request, email admin@fulcrumscale.com. Please include the phone number and/or email address you want removed so we can identify the correct subscription or message program.
Important Notes
- Opting out of marketing communications does not stop transactional, account, legal, billing, security, or service-related communications where permitted by law.
- If you opt out of SMS/text messages and later provide consent again, we may resume messages consistent with that new consent.
- Message and data rates may apply to SMS/text messages.
