SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") apply when you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Fulcrum Scale LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service at Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy.
1. SMS Program Description
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Fulcrum Scale LLC related to your inquiry, account, appointment, transaction, service, support request, billing, reminders, newsletter subscription, content update subscription, updates, and other communications you request or authorize. Messages may include links to newsletters, articles, resources, service information, or other content updates.
Messages may be sent using automated technology, but consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchase.
2. Opt-In Consent
You may opt in by submitting a website form, checking an SMS consent checkbox, signing an agreement, verbally requesting text communications, subscribing to receive newsletter or content update links by SMS, or otherwise providing consent where permitted by law.
When you opt in, you authorize Fulcrum Scale LLC to send SMS/text messages to the mobile number you provide for the message types described at the time of opt-in. If you opt in to newsletter or content update SMS, those messages may include links to newsletter or content update materials.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, the services you request, and your account, support, newsletter, or content update activity.

Message and data rates may apply to each SMS/text message sent or received, as provided in your mobile telephone service plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you should no longer receive SMS/text messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS/text message delivery may not be available on all carriers or in all areas and may be affected by your carrier, device, network conditions, or other factors outside our control.

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted when needed to provide our services. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to deliver the messaging service or as required by law.
9. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll a mobile phone number in our SMS/text messaging program. You agree to provide a valid mobile phone number and to notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
10. Changes to SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at SMS Terms & Conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes become effective means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
